The fitout had low utilisation and occupancy levels, averaging 40 per cent, as well as unique and varied modes of working, which resulted in the decision to adopt a ‘free address’ activity-based working model.
We worked closely with the client to navigate the impacts of this change and engage the wider team in the process. The resulting environment is a series of identifiable ‘villages’ equipped with a diversity of purpose designed spaces that support their dynamic work styles.
