In keeping with the original concept of the Adelphi Hotel, where the restaurants and bars are to exist as destinations in their own right, Ezard was designed to establish its own identity whilst complementing the Adelphi’s international reputation.
The materials and finishes scheme was designed to create a rich and welcoming subterranean environment while maintaining the integrity of the 1930’s building.
