Delivered for our client Kokoda Property, and working alongside Cottee Parker Architects and Urbis, the project seeks to rejuvenate this once industrial precinct into a global mixed-use destination. This transformative project will comprise a new five-star Kimpton Hotel, 200 luxury apartments as well as waterfront dining and retail.
Located at 17-27 Skyring Terrace, the 17,612 square-metre project is inspired by Teneriffe’s iconic brick wool stores and riverfront buildings, with a design that maximises Queensland’s subtropical climate.
