Boutique multi-residential development 97 Mathoura Road has been shortlisted in The Urban Developer Awards 2020.
Carr is thrilled to announce that our small scale multi-residential project – 97 Mathoura Road – has been shortlisted in The Urban Developer Awards. The project is a finalist alongside six others in the Development of the Year Small-Scale Residential (4-20) category.
The project was developed with Moda and draws inspiration from the surrounding context of Toorak, while responding to the needs of the target demographic. With modernist forms and astute attention to materiality, 97 Mathoura Road is an exemplar development defined by its quality.
