Carr is thrilled to receive endorsement by Reconciliation Australia as a Reflect RAP.
Developing a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) serves as a platform for positive change in our practice and is an important step in formalising a process that takes our team through the reconciliation journey together.
Rather than allowing the fear of a wrong move to paralyse our team, we are committing to a collective process of listening, learning, accountability, and action to help progress First Nations peoples perspectives.
Associate and RAP Chair Chris Eggleston says on the endorsement, “Reconciliation is an important journey now, more than ever. A Reflect RAP is a first step for Carr that encourages us to open our eyes and ears. We’re looking forward to listening and learning, and strengthening our relationships with Australia’s First Peoples.”
